Paper machine - Headbox servicing
Good condition and operation of this part of the papermaking process is critical for consistent formation, and basis weight profile control. 
We provide the paper industry with a special service of inspecting and reporting the condition of the slice, apron, slice to rod couplings, and actuator performance. 
Many paper mills have used this service and have added it to their regular preventative maintenance program. Thereby ensuring performance is not slipping to a critical situation with the risk of running into problems with basis weight profile control.

Paper machine - Steam shower service  
Steam showers are an excellent papermaking tool for improving de-watering on a fourdrinier table, or through the press section. However steam showers, like many other things need continual evaluation and optimising to ensure that maximum benefits are 
realised. Our service looks at the complete installation and breaks it down into individual components, detailed analysis of each component is then made, resulting in a report on condition of the complete system. We then make recommendations for improving steambox performance, categorised from easy to the more complicated steps to achieve the desired results. Additionally we can take your steambox or steam shower to our local workshop for complete strip-down and repair.
