Photo optic pinhole
detection Our DC-2000 photo-optical inspection systems are
both a cost efficient alternative to camera based inspection as well as an
excellent compliment. Common defects such as holes and surface
imperfections are precisely detected. Our advanced infrared optic system
has added features including automatic gain control that optimise the
receiver optics. The inspection beams small footprint (102 x 305 x CD mm)
makes it very easy fit for any web. Simple in design, yet loaded with
features, the DC-2000 systems provide logical solutions fro the practical
buyer. The system's transmitted view has receivers on one side of the
product and IR lights on the opposite side. The product under inspection
is passed through the 127 mm inspection throat. The light penetration is
constantly monitored to optimise the receiver section and provide whole
web opacity monitoring.
