Reel splitters

ATS have almost thirty (30) years of experience building splitters for the paper industry and industrial recycling.
Both single splitters and fully automatic installations are developed to operate in conjunction with balers, shredders, granulator equipment, etc.
The Guillotine splitters reduce rolls, reels, lumps, stacks of loose paper, as well as plastic films, blocks, even plastic frame profiles.
The machines come with a standard capacity to reduce rolls of up to 2000 mm high and 3500 mm wide.

The intense co-operation with the customer at the project stage leads to optimal results.
To ensure smooth and safe operation as well as construction quality we co-operate with recognised certification services.

Production, start-up and test program
Each machine is assembled and undergoes running tests in our workshops.
Customers are, for that matter, invited to be present at these tests in order to guarantee the production targets.
To achieve high durability the components go through a stringent test program.
Most spare parts are delivered standard from stock.
A specialist trained team faultlessly assemble the machines.
The materials earmarked for reduction are preferably pre-tested on our test installation.
This allows ATS to set the necessary parameters to optimise the operation of the installation.
