Using the new  Jacompact actuator profiling actuator for the most
linear and precise control of steam in each distribution chamber.  Alternatively for just rewetting applications we offer the AquaJenty using Jakob designed spray nozzles. Also available the new CombiJenty combing steam and rewetting system to give up to 7% moisture profile control!

Guaranteed no dripping or spitting
Guaranteed no drip operation, very important for fine and delicate papers, this is achieved by the design of diffuser being pre-heated to ensure condensate is not allowed to be passed to the sheet.

Compact design
Smallest footprint available, due to the unique design, Jakob has been able to provide very small units, located in the tightest of locations.

Options
Steam spillage evacuation ducts available as an option.
Full steam conditioning and preparation systems designed engineered and installed if required.
Actuator position feedback sensors, this option allows for connection to your DCS/QCS system to give a quick verification that profiling actuators are functioning correctly.
Rail-out option, for very tight applications, a system of sliding out the steam shower for paper machine or steambox or steam shower maintenance where it is not normally possible due to press configuration etc.
All connections (quick disconnects) to the steam shower taken to an accessible position away from the machine, this allows for much easier maintenance.
